Refund Policy

At Brandality Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our **Refund Policy** outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our various services.

1. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are provided under specific conditions. Once work has commenced on a project, refunds may not be available. However, we strive to resolve any concerns and provide reasonable solutions where applicable.

2. Refund Eligibility by Service Type

2.1 Branding, Graphic Design & Web Design Services
Non-refundable: Due to the customized nature of our branding and design services, once initial concepts have been presented, payments are non-refundable.  


Revisions & Adjustments: If you are unsatisfied with the initial designs, we will work within the agreed-upon revision rounds to refine the project. Additional revisions beyond the scope may be charged separately.  

Cancellations Before Project Start:** If a cancellation is requested **before** work has begun, a partial refund may be granted, minus any administrative or consultation fees.  

2.2 Printing Services  


Non-refundable: All printed materials are custom-made and **non-refundable** once sent to production.  
Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged due to a printing error or manufacturing defect, a **replacement may be issued** at no extra cost.  


Client Responsibility: Brandality Solutions is not responsible for errors in designs that were **approved** by the client before printing (e.g., typos, color discrepancies due to monitor variations).  

2.3 Business Consulting & Strategic Planning Services
Non-refundable: Consulting services, including strategic planning, grant writing, and business advising, are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.  

 

Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, **at least 48 hours’ notice** is required to reschedule without penalty.  
2.4 Website Maintenance & Subscription-Based Services

 
Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for completed months of website maintenance. However, you may cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.  

 

Annual Plans: If you choose to cancel an annual maintenance plan, a prorated refund may be issued for the remaining months, minus any discounts received for annual prepayment.

3. Refund Request Process


To request a refund or dispute a charge, please follow these steps:

2. Provide **order details, project information, and reason for the request.  
3. Our team will **review your request within 5-7 business days** and respond with a resolution.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated through your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to contest it and provide evidence of services rendered.  

Clients who initiate chargebacks **without prior communication** may be subject to future service restrictions.

Brandality Solutions reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
